Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, please keep the item unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included parts.

Free return shipping

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us at help@kindutility.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label or another prepaid return method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

We will let you know when your return has been received and reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
