08 / READY FOR NEXT TIME
A little care.
A useful routine.
Switch off and remove the battery before inspecting, cleaning or clearing a blockage. Keep hands and feet away from the rotating auger. Let moving parts stop completely. Keep the battery and charger dry, charge indoors using the supplied compatible charger, and follow the included manual for temperature and storage limits.
What is included in the complete kit?
One Snowpath snow sweeper, two 21V 3.6Ah batteries and one charger. The sweeper-only option excludes both batteries and charger.
Can I use any 21V battery?
No. Voltage alone does not establish compatibility. The sweeper-only option needs the correct compatible battery and charger; contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Will it clear packed ice or heavy wet snow?
This compact tool is intended for fresh snowfall and smaller areas. Do not treat it as an ice breaker or a replacement for a larger snowblower in deep, heavy or compacted snow.
Are the performance figures guaranteed?
The listed dimensions and maximum clearing figures come from the supplied product specifications. Actual results vary with snow conditions, temperature, battery charge and technique.
How long does a battery last?
We do not promise a fixed runtime. Cold temperatures, snow conditions and workload affect battery life.
Where can I check delivery information?
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days. Tracking is provided after shipment.
